| Posted over 2 years ago So, is anyone going to run right out and grab one? I'm interested to see if AT&T tries to play both sides of the fence on this one. Of course, then we'd be treated to the entertaining spectacle of Google and Apple turning against their telephonic overlord and messily devouring it. |

| Posted over 2 years ago I've seen the comparison of Apple vs Google in the phone market but I don't think this as a good comparison. Motorola and Nokia might compete, they make the hardware and each has an OS but each also support 3rd party OSes. Apple also competes against these two. From my understanding, Google is building the OS but depending on others for the hardware. This could be interesting and if it really is an open platform it could be very interesting. I'm excited to see what comes of this but I'm not sold just yet. But I eagerly await the battle for my consumer dollars. |
