Heya all, I am wondering how do I go about disabling IE on a users system. I am running   XP. I want 2 still be able for her 2 use email,but no IE, even on clicking a link. Yhanx

if you want to just disable it then start menu>control panel>Add /remove program>add or remove program>Set program Access and Defaults>Custom>Select the browser you want to be default.


If you want to totally remove IE then you just want to go start menu>control panel>Add /remove program>add or remove program>Add/Remove Windows Components> and then uncheck IE.


Restart computer and it will be gone after boot up.
