Has anyone actually had hands on experience with Google Wave.  I went to their site and watched part of the video blog about it and it seems to be a pretty good way for online collaboration.  It seems to have a lot of good features.  I just wanted to see if anyone has actually used it yet.  Oh, and it is Open Source Code.
