To all Network Administrators....... Looking at a career in this field and looking for some answers. 1. What are the hiring prospects in this field? 2. What kind of training (credendials) would you expect your next employee to have? 3. How much experience is required? 4. What are the starting wages?
If you don't mind to talk about your job. Thanks |

What are the hiring prospects in this field? im not completely sure what you mean by hiring prospects, but that page has a lot of statistical information about the field towards the bottom, like an 18% growth from 2006-2016 here is just a few. the A+ and Network + Are practically a given, CCNA would be good, as well as a few others, just use google and look up network administrator certificates A+ Certificate Network + Certificate CCNA - Cisco Certified Network Administrator MCSE - Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer MCP- Microsoft Certified Professional MCNA - Microsoft Certified Network Administrator ive also seen others with 30, it just depends on what your employer is looking for dont quote me verbatim though, employers are paying shit right now so i could be wrong with these numbers |
