Posted 2 months ago If you see a job out there for Coventry Healthcare of AZ - Phoenix. (Operations) (HR is useless too they will not do anything so don't bother complaining) Supervision is NIL and so is managment. There is very little comunications and absolutely NO teamwork among the others in your division. You have no growth and nowhere to go. There is no escape save quitting this job or any way out. I always thought that according to the law that abuse and harassment in the workplace was illegal.- IN AZ? Perhaps not... However, in my 20 years of experience in Information Technology have never endured a position and a company with the POOREST management, and supervisors of a department I have ever worked. It is also the worst group I have ever seen or worked with as an IT professional. I have never seen such inability and constant flagrant abuse in any one company. I would NEVER suggest anyoe get wrapped up in this job at all... If you value professionalism and career choices this is ONE company I would definitely NOT do business with as a potential employer again or recommend anyone to either. (from one job seeker to another.)

Posted 25 days ago If you hated it so much why did you stay there 3 years. Seems with that sort of abuse you would leave sooner then that.

Posted 24 days ago Maybe because it paid a lot? And or maybe it took 3 years to find another job? I've had jobs bad like this but couldn't just quit until I found another job.

Posted 24 days ago Sounds like a place I worked at in 2001. I fired them after only 6 months.

Posted 12 days ago I had a bad one... I won't mention names, but inept management, getting blamed for rampant user stupidity, mismanagement of me as a resource, and general job insecurity... It wasn't hostile, but management was afraid of tech and completely inept and would not give me the time to explain things... It was a shame, I could have done so much more there. Faced with a bad economy, mortgage, family and bills, I had to grind it out. The irony of it was I closed down my shop to take the position. Nice.
