Don't bother. Job Seekers BEWARE on this one -



It is the WORST job you will get wrapped up in...



I was there 3 years and endured the worst beating of my life, with verbal abuse, pyschological abuse, harassment, bullying, being talked down to all the time, constant monitoring by others and constant reprimands and corrective actions constantly for EVERY little thing.  You also have to endure criminal inhumane treatment with no resolution for months on end.

(HR is useless too they will not do anything so don't bother complaining) Supervision is NIL and so is managment. There is very little comunications and absolutely NO teamwork among the others in your division.

You have no growth and nowhere to go. There is no escape save quitting this job or any way out.



This job can be classified as the dead end job.

I always thought that according to the law that abuse and harassment in the workplace was illegal.- IN AZ? Perhaps not...

However, in my 20 years of experience in Information Technology have never endured a position and a company with the POOREST management, and supervisors of a department I have ever worked. It is also the worst group I have ever seen or worked with as an IT professional. I have never seen such inability and constant flagrant abuse in any one company.  I would NEVER suggest anyoe get wrapped up in this job at all...

If you value professionalism and career choices this is ONE company I would definitely NOT do business with as a potential employer again or recommend anyone to either. (from one job seeker to another.)



Noone for any amount of money should have to endure abuse, or harassment or battering abuse in any form.  I would be VERY wary on if applying and would only recommend to not put in for it or go for other positions outside of Coventry AZ and Operations.



Grade Coventry Heathcare as a Company: D -

If you hated it so much why did you stay there 3 years.  Seems with that sort of abuse you would leave sooner then that.

Sounds like a place I worked at in 2001.  I fired them after only 6 months.
