| Posted 2 months ago I tried twitter but hated getting a blurb and it all seemed like a hassle when most of these "Twits" already have an RSS feed and I use Google reader I just sign up for the RSS feed. Now actually for my intended post............. I use website tutorials and tools all the time, But I also like good old fashioned books. The problem with programming books is that $39++ books that are just used for refference and are replaced by a newer version in six monts is a little hard to swallow. So a dirty little secret for getting books on the cheap. If you live in a city with a large public library many have a friends of the library group that sells used books both from donations of individuals and discards from the Library. You can pick up a $45 computer language book for $2 - $3. So what if it there have been 2 revisions of the language since it was published, these are great reference books and the basic code is the same. I have on a few occassions pulled my tail out of the fire fire with one of these books when I couldn't find the answer anywhere online. Just another Idea for building a library of resourses, especially when you are a student and on a tight budget. <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
