Posted 3 months ago You really had to be here for this one! I have a very non-tech end user who of couse is the owners wife, her name is Grace. She wanted to save a jpg attachment to her computer and was clueless. So I had to do the following steps. 1. Create a new folder on her desktop called Grace. 2. Right click on the jpg and select Save-In-Grace. Then she went to her husband my boss and complained that I was making fun of her! (Savie-in Grace) I had no idea way and after talking with her husband I realized what I did... we really had a good laugh over it! I am the CIO of the company with a staff of 12 and even I can make a mistake like this after 15 years in the business. So bonehead user moves can even be the fault of the tech. |
