| Posted 5 months ago My guess: "Computer System Validation." The system (software and hardware) has been tested, (repaired and re-tested as needed) to the point that the team promises the system can be reasonably expected to work as desired and according to industry standards...just slightly short of providing a warranty.. see fda.com/csv/index.html |

The validation process begins with the system proposal / requirements definition and continues until system retirement and retention of the e-records based on regulatory rules. |
