Lulu wouldn't get my arm, she would get my butt as I was running away. Now I'm buttless. Don't tell anyone but I have a prosthetic butt.

 Hard to have a lasting relationship with someone who bites your butt off. Who knows what she would go after next!

I think Shakespeare said that. Anyway, ruff, ruff! I mean, isn't being in love a good thing? I know when I'm in love, I'm happier and healthier. Nobody wants to ever get hurt but if that's your attitude going into the relationship, then how can it develop if you're holding back. Yes, I know, if you let yourself go, then you will throw caution to the wind and inevitably that always means disaster for you. That is a gross generalization, my pretty! Just because it has happened in the past is no guarantee that it will happen in the future. On the contrary, the complete opposite could happen to your utter amazement. Open your wings, my little butterfly, you are free! Free to be! Free to pursue anything you want! Don't be so hard on yourself. You deserve better. So smack your head and warm your heart.

Dear Open Minded-

I have been covering my heart for too long. I can undo the chains and let it go. Staying in the present is the best way to live anyway. I can't change the past and I can't predict the future. Brains are good for some things like don't touch the stove because it's hot. Ouch! But when it starts telling me not to touch another heart because it might possibly be painful, that's the time to ignore it. I understand. How am I ever going to find love if I think everyone I come in contact with has the possibility of being too hot to touch?

I want to find love again. I know it's there waiting for me. I know your right, Barry, I can let my heart lead and give my brain a rest.
