Posted 6 months ago It's amazing how totally biased the tag line on this forum is! The "God forbid, macintosh" is just what mac users have been putting up with all these years. We're used to it! Windoze users are just always pissed because they have like 12 steps to install anything and Mac has something like 2 or 3. Plus that wonderful and inevitable blue screen of death that they have to look forward to. Oh yeah, and there's the problem that we don't have something like 1,000,000 viruses out there that we need to be protected from. I have been using Macs for 25 years and have yet to have a serious crash. The freeze ups I've had I can count on two hands. I've had 6 macs and I have NEVER had to call tech support or take one in for repair. And as far as software availability goes, I don't need ten thousand programs. How many email, office, mp3, movieplayer etc. programs does one need? Just one good one of each usually. OK, they are not as good at games! I am not a gamer, I am a tech professional. Yeah, Mac REALLY sucks!
