Posted 10 months ago What is your preferred method of relieving stress? Don't be shy now! I like to sit back in a warm room with a hot cup of coffeeand just zone out. It's amazing how much less things bother you when you don't think about them! |

| Posted 10 months ago A cup of tea and a good book. Sometimes a movie or TV show that makes me cry. Occasionally, I get to spend a couple of hours alone in the house; that can be very relaxing because it is so quiet. I love quiet. |

| Posted 10 months ago Walking in the fells and sitting by a tarn watching the reflected clouds drift by, then down the pub for a bite to eat and a pint of Beer; especially when done with friends. |

For those that don't speak Brittish English, a Fell can be a moor or a hill (I'm assuming hill in this context), and a Tarn is a pond. |

| Posted 10 months ago Hey Phreadd only one T in British, hope that double t was a typo Though there are only four Mountains in the Lake District, the rest being hills. |

| Posted 10 months ago My head may be a treasure trove of useless trivia, but I never claimed to be able to spell. As for spoiling the adventure, most folks I know would have scratched their heads and moved on to the next post.

and you do realise that you've spoiled the adventure of people looking up Fell on Wikipedia and finding out it is derived from the Old Norse word
