I just moved to a new area of the country because of a family emrgency. I am an IT Support Tech with eight years of experience, but so far (being this is a much smaller market than where I was from originally), I can't find anything.

I saw an ad (on this site orginally) for a job fair in this area, Tech or IT isn't mentioned, but it was sited on this website so I thought there might be some tech companies or firms needing tech support (it was a Monster sponsored job fair) this week.

I was wondering has anyone had any luck with this type of fair, as I will need to rent a car just to get out there. Didn't need a car where I came from orginally, and I am trying to avoid the cost.
