CREATE A GREAT WEBSITE FOR FREE

Hello, I am a new member to Inside Tech My name is Kevin and i want to start a Social awareness Website. I was told to look into starting with sites that offer this service for free and basiclly walk you the process. I went online and did a google search but there is just so much out there and i don't know which to choose. I am not all that knowledgeable in web design and would like some insight on what are the better free sites or for the lowest cost to help me accomplish my goal. I would greatly appreciate any information that would point me in the right direction. GOD BLESS! |
