I love not worrying about cords when I play Halo 3 but the battery life is just terrible.

I love that I can sit anywhere in my room and play my 360. Depending on what brand of batteries you get, it can last a long time. With a name brand, mine last 30 hrs. Generic brands probably won't last as long.

Great distance, comfortable layout, and completely wireless, what more could you love in a controller? The controller has a sleek design and a few ports for extra tweaks or add ons (Such as the Messenger kit). One of my favorite things about the controller is the ingenious idea of being able to turn on the console with the controller alone, it brings to mind, why haven't they done this sooner?
With just a press of the little X in the center, and walaa your console is on. This buttong was definitely a great addition to the controller and allows it to do most of the "menu" oriented things, as well as turning it off and on.
The only bad thing about the controller is the battery life. When I first used it....and be the constant gamer that I am, I kept finding myself needing to change the batteries at least once before the week was over. I ended up running out of batteries.....
So I actually reccommend getting the play and charge kit for it. It gives you a chargable pack in place of the batteries, allowing yourself to plug it in, charge the pack, and play at the same time. Its saved me quite a bit of money.

Best thing that ever happened to consoles - WIRELESS - i remember the old days unwinding the Controller cables, or cables getting broken.

I agree that the wires are annoying. This wireless feature is a good thing, granted the batteries don't last long, but why not spend a few extra $$ and get one with a rechargeable battery & charger cable.
I don't sit that far from my TV so if needed I can plug it in, but I like being free from any restrictions like the wired devices have.

Worth the money, without a doubt. I've dropped my controller more times than I can count and my boyfriend tends to throw them when he gets mad and they still look and work like new. They are very comfortable to hold and use. I get a decent battery time, worth at least a few days at 5-7 hours a day at my peak. I do, however, have multiple batteries and a charger that's always hooked up to one of the 360's so when the battery does go I always have a replacement. Everything about this controller is great. I have one in every color, though I really only use the pink =)

How did we ever game with the limitations of cords?
