My company provides me with this phone and I love it. I'm still playing around with it figuring out what it can do. The only thing it doesn't have is a camera but I don't care about that. At 549.99, I would probably never buy this myself but I have seen it for about $220 with a 2-year contract through Verizon and Sprint.

I bought this device in a hurry due to a lost phone so I didnt have much research time. The device gets prints and grimy looking almost from just looking at it. The finish on the trackball wears off quickly. Battery life is decent and the speakerphone works well. I also didnt really need the global model as I do not travel much. I find I have to take out the battery to reset the device too often for my liing but that may be user issue.

I have this phone for work purposes and cannot be happier with the use I have gotten out of it so far. It is has been great to me and the users that I support at work. It is easy to use and has a descent screen to read email. It is a bit on the pricy side but for a business this is one of the best smartphones I have seen and use. I have heard it also does great overseas.

I have the silver version and have been using for work almost since it came out. Its decent and has actually stood up to some serious abuse. I am not entirely sure how many times I have dropped it on concrete or asphalt. The speaker phone isn't that great and tends to be hard to hear. The trackball tends to get stuck but overall it is responsive and the keyboard is easy to type with.

I own this phone and love it. I don't use it to it's full potential, but intend to. The only issue I have with it is sometimes you have to remove the battery and reboot it, but heck, it's technology, not perfect.

Blackberries are still useful but are yesterday's news. And I'm not talking about fruit.
