This is a very nice phone. I have the red one which has a textured body so it's easier to grip. It works and sounds great. Easy to use. My problem with this phone is the center navigation/select button. I picked up my first phone 2/27/08 and received my 3rd phone on 5/20/08. Each time it has been returned for the same problem, this button becomes completely unusable rendering the phone useless, except for making phone calls. It's a shame because everything else I like a LOT. I can hope that this one will not have the same problem but I am not optimistic.

My first Windows Mobile phone was a Cingular 3125 flip phone. When it died an untimely death after suffering a terrible fall I upgraded to the BlackJack II. I have since upgraded from Windows Mobile 6.0 to 6.1. I love the voice command, it is moderately fast on the Internet. I wanted to be able to synchronize with Outlook without issues and this phone does just that.

Fully capable phone which allows me to check my e-mail, surf the internet, tweet, and use google maps while on the go. The Windows Mobile operating system isn't bad, but there could have been a more efficient user interface. The calls are clear, the texting is easy and the multiple features are very nice. The full keyboard looks small but is surprisingly easy to use.
