This is my first SLR camera. For a beginner, I find the camera very easy to use. It also has a lot of features that a tech savvy like me would want! The picture quality is very good. The camera also has many shooting modes to help beginners like me take great pictures with little effort. But nevertheless, it has great customization for the professionals as well.
All-in-all, I highly recommend this to beggining photo enthusiasts as well as for the pros who need a mid-level SLR!

I have had this camera for a little over a year and I absolutely love the shots I get with it. My favorite feature is the auto exposure bracketing (AEB) so I can shoot 3 shots at once and play around with HDR imaging. Great camera for anyone looking for a mid range SLR. In my opinion, Canons are the best optics for the money. Thanks
