| Description: | The first game in the Assassin's Creed franchise is set in 1191 AD, when the Third Crusade was tearing the Holy Land apart. Great game!!!! but not quite worth the $60. I'd wait till it drops to at least $50. I can't wait till the sequel comes out!

I actually played the 360 version for this but could only find it here, because I do remember it was orriginally going to be an exclusive for PS3 but then something happened.
So onto the game.
The gameplay, was amazing, I can never get tired of assassinations, and killings...ah....the blood...the gore. The graphics are amazing, the only downside, is the storyline.
Too secret? Assassin's Creed definitely wasn't what I was expecting, and actually put me off at first. But once I got used to the idea (that I wish they told us in the first place) I rather enjoyed it, but I kept feeling slightly dissappointed because I expected a completely different game. And honestly, I think they hyped up the end too much....it was not the secret reveal I though it was going to be. The thing is Ubisoft put such expectation for a "surprise" but I never saw it. Though the end leaves much to be said, it was no surprise by far, just a pleasent discovery. Not only that, but the end seems to put in some secrets about the "next game" which makes it fun if you have fun decoding like myself.
Overall great game....for gameplay alone. That and I just felt cool running around and assassinating people in daylight, in the middle of a crowd, and have no one notice. Or jumping off a ledge into someone and pricking there neck with the little "trick up your sleeve" Not only that, but I enjoyed the history behind it, and great scenery.
