I am giving the Netgear ReadyNAS 1100 4 out of 5. It would have been a full 5/5, but the onboard OS, sitting on an internal USB (yes, internal USB) drive is far too slow. I can see the why (keeps cost down as opposed to faster, more reliable media), but the product really suffers because of it. Additionally, performance when using IE for HTTP management of the device is not recommended, IMHO. Use Firefox if you want to be able to go between management screens in a shorter amount of time than it takes to go get a cup of coffee ...from the nearest Starbucks. Outside of this, a very fast (disk-wise) and stable unit.
