This is a good phone. I had one that was just like it (mine was through T-mobile). But It did the job. Dropped it many times and it still worked great. the only thing that you have to worry about is... PEOPLE STEALING IT!!!

Too much hassle to unlock Moto by test point, It sucks, if you want to change provider. Nokia and blackberries make the life easy.

I've had good luck with this phone. I think in reality it all boils down to personal preference but I think Motorola is much better than Nokia and others.

for a basic phone its really good. trying to do anything more than that can get a little dicey.

The first RAZRs weren't that great. There seemed to be various issues with them. The charge port broke on mine, for instance. The second releases were great but the camera feature still wasn't all that exciting. Good basic phone though. I got a Motorola ZINE now and this thing is awesome! I'll put in a review if they list it here.
