Norton works really well for me. I've tried McAfee and TrendMicro but I'm most comfortable with Norton products. However, I know that any hacker can still find a way to attack your pc.

What happened to Norton, they used to be good. This software uses too many resources, and it doesn't block most major viruses (i.e. Troj.backdoor, Troj.gen. and troj.Zlob) any protection is better than none, but step up and buy Kaspersky or at least Webroot Spysweeper with a/v.

Norton is just not as good as it was (not that it ever was). There are too many features that take up system resources that it becomes a system hog. Besides, with so many great FREE products out there, you'd be out of your mind to pay for it.
