This is the OS we use at work. We haven't encountered any problems so far using it. We did have some productivity gains due to the improved connectivity and search functionality.

I use this at home even. Less problems than using home.

I use my Dell Inspiron 1420 with Visa Business for many hours a day for programming, contact management and sales/opportunity tracking. I find Vista to be a bust. It takes several minutes to start up, its always has windows popping up for all sorts of information and warnings. No matter how hard I try I can't get rid of all the pop ups. I dislike the OS so much that I will be experimenting with an Apple with virtual windows when I return from vacation, I need to get away from Vista.

This works great on my Dell E6400 with T9550 4GBRAM (lo-latency), I can't wait to upgrade to windows 7 Ultimate.
Vista still have an "older"/classic feel.
