I've been working with 7 for going on 3mo. now and it is every thing that vista is not. in my opinion all the jumping through hoops to get compatible drivers and periferals that went dead when i made the change to vista i have yet to see a problem with win7. there are so many tools that allow professional and the home user more flexibility and compatability that xp has not been able to keep up with. with xp i'm still finding forward compatibility issues ie..new apps. xp is still showing me how unstable it is every time i have to redoot because it doesn't know how to handle scripting errors. the automated crash recovery in most cases less than one minute where i've had to wait up to 5 minutes with vista, no more restarting or rebooting like xp.
