Let's think Optimistically & Change The World for better !! Why Optimistic ? "The Power of Positive Thinking" is a phrase that many of us have heard for years. Now, research shows that how we think has a direct impact on our health and longevity. Indeed, optimists do live longer and healthier lives than those with negative outlooks. According to Dr. Dana Lightman, an american psychotherapist specializing in optimism, "Optimists are more likely to change their lifestyles and unhealthy behaviors since they are hopeful that such changes will improve their health." Generally speaking, "optimism" may be defined as "the tendency to look on the more favorable side of events and expect more favorable outcomes." Current research confirms that an optimistic attitude can make the difference between getting sick and not getting sick. And in the cases of many illnesses, a positive attitude is the difference between getting well and not getting well. So .. KEEEEEP OPTIMISTIC !!
