About Me
A Young Ambitous Family Guy. I have Two Sons, a Wife and a Business. I spend as much time as I can with my family because, after all is said and done, that is all that really matters. When I joined this site back in '07 I was so NAIVE! I thought that creating a company was going to be easy, LoL. Although I have not spent a lot of money, I still had to spend money to get Xtreme Power off of the ground. Throughout the last year the business has had it's up and downs, mostly downs, but things are looking up. I have learned so much in the short time I have been working on the "business" side of things. One of the most important things I have learned is that I cannot do it all on my own. I learned that I had to build a team. I had a team going, but it seemed to me that I was the only one really doing anything to push Xtreme Power forward and everyone else was just waiting for me to come up with the next idea. I felt like I was the manager of a McDonalds and I had to always tell them what to do because if I didn't they wouldn't work. So, I am starting over. Looking for a new team, a new way of doing things, a new image. I am re-creating Xtreme Power.
