    My latest book (a little outside of IT, but still a necessity for ALL disciplines), "HOW TO GET SOMEONE TO BUY SOMETHING: Fear and Loathing of Cold Calls & Closing" is free through download for InsideTech Members.     The book primarily deals with the behavioral aspects of sales: dealing with people’s egos (both yours and others) and coping with fear and rejection.
