19 Best Outdoor Vacations

Imagine watching the world’s largest mammals blast out of the water fully and then come crashing down or catching them pop their heads out of the water vertically to have a look aroundIt’s an experience you won’t forget anytime soon. And, at peak season, you might just see a dozen or more traveling together. Tip: You can sometimes see them from the shore, but nothing beats the experience of spotting them up close and personal aboard a whale watching cruise.
For an affordable — yet educational — whale watching trip, check out Harbor Excursions . About $30 for adults, $15 for kids for a 3½-hour trip.
